We are almost finished with fulfilling preorders! There are still a few dozen left to send out, so please do not dismay if you haven't received a tracking number yet, but we're hoping to have them all sent out by the end of next week! If you still do not have a tracking number by then, feel free to reach out to us so we can see what's going on!

For today, please remember that this is the Room Opening, otherwise known as 'that time when we add stock to the website and it's ready to ship'! This means we function like any other store: add inventory, you purchase the inventory, it's shipped to you (roughly every Monday and Thursday), and then you receive it without those pesky preorder manufacturing periods! However, this does also mean that once we sell out, we're sold out - but don't dismay, we are working on a more solid restocking system!
As many of you know now, manufacturing deals have minimum order requirements - this means we can't simply order a dozen of a particular size, or else the manufacturer would charge us far more per unit. Because of this, we need a certain number of restock requests in order to be able to consider restocking an item! As garments sell out, you'll notice restock request buttons when you click on your sold out size - entering your email there is the perfect way for us to know if we should restock something! We will generally only restock the most popular 3-4 items per Room, so please do keep that in mind!

The High Tide Capelet Hoodies have been temporarily put on hold - we've simply received too much feedback that the snaps weren't installed correctly (as in, they didn't put them where we instructed them to), so we're currently working with our manufacturers on how to solve the issue! We're hoping to have some limited stock of more sturdy hoodies at the end of the Summer, and then to sell the hoodies with more delicate snaps without the capes for a discount as well, so please do keep an eye out for that!

The Fall Room will be announced very soon... so get ready for another blog post come Monday afternoon! The preorder for that Room will be in about 2 weeks, June 7th-14th, so we're doing all we can to share as much information as possible so you can get excited and prepared! Our discord server has already seen a lot of samples so far - have you joined it yet?
