Of course! Every time we do a preorder, it's simply to gauge how much stock we should order for the proper release, or as we like to call it, the Room Opening. This is when we have items in stock and ready to ship on our website, and it happens about 3 months after the preorder ends (the production period).
The reason many people preorder from us is because it ensures that you will get the exact sizes and styles you want, since when we have the in-stock release, we function like a normal store that can and will sell out. We try to purchase enough stock to last at least a month or two, but as we are still a small business, we do not have the space or the capital to fill a warehouse - yet!
Our original estimate for fulfillment is 8-12 weeks or late April/early May, and we will let you know if that changes. You will not receive a tracking number until your order has been scanned into the carrier's system.
No matter what is in your order, if even one item is a preordered item, the whole order will ship when the preorder item is ready to go!
If you'd like your in stock items sooner, please order them separately or reach out to us so we can set up a split shipment with an invoice for the shipping fee!
If you anticipate a change in address before late April/early May please let us know ASAP by emailing us at orders@envygreenmanor.com with your order number and the address you'd like it changed to!
We will be posting on instagram as well as sending out an email letting people know the deadline for changing their address, so please make sure you're signed up for our mailing list so you get the notification! (located at the bottom of this page)
Changes in items of an order or cancellation can only be done within the time the preorder is active. Once the preorder closes, we have placed the order for your items, and we cannot change or cancel your order. There are obviously exceptions to every rule, so please email us if you have any issues or concerns.
We are still a small, home-run business, so we cannot blanket allow cancellations and changes due to the nature of how big of an investment purchasing bulk is for us. Hopefully we will be able to be more flexible in the future as the business grows!

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Shopify, please reach out to us ASAP through our contact form! Just because your bank says it's 'Processing' a payment does not mean you have an order- any unconfirmed order that shows up as 'processing' will automatically cancel from your bank account in 24 hours!
When in doubt, just send us an email!
That depends on whether your item was a Preorder item or an in-stock item!
Preorders can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to ship out (sometimes a bit longer if there's a manufacturing or shipping issue!), whereas in-stock items will usually ship out every Monday.

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to us through the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page with your order number and the change you need to make as soon as possible!
We offer a range of credit and debt card options, and are very excited to be able to over apayment installationoption through Affirm!
We also offer any international options for folks as they become available- at the moment, we offer Bancontact for folks in Belgium and iDEAL for folks in The Netherlands!
*note, we don't use Paypal because they're very well-known for being horrible to small businesses!
✦ Preorders ✦
The small business' best friend to reduce clothing waste
Roughly 6-10 weeks, but that all depends on how long it takes for the manufacturer(s) to create the product(s)! It usually takes 4-6 weeks for them to make the items, and then another 2-4 weeks for it to get shipped to us, and then another 1-2 weeks for us to inventory, package, and send everything out! So it's roughly 6-10 weeks, but that number can change due to things out of our control like factory issues, shipping delays, or sicknesses. We keep our Social Media pages up to date with information very regularly, as well as our Blog here on the website!
In the event of any major delays, we will send emails to folks who participated in the preorder to inform them of the status!
If you purchase an in-stock item alongside a preordered item, the items will all ship together when the preorder item arrives! If you want your in-stock items sooner, you must place a separate order.
The definition of a preorder is: Ordering (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
When we run Preorders for new collections here at Envygreen Manor, everyone can preorder exactly what items they want in the sizes they want without worry that the items will sell out! Once the preorder period is over (usually about a week), we send the numbers out to our manufacturers and they get started on making the products. The manufacturing and shipping period is usually 6-10 weeks, and then we take another 2-3 weeks here at our house to inventory, quality check, and ship out the preorders.
Aside from us not physically having the space to hold stock of every single item in our store at any given point in time, Preorders are a great way for business to gauge how popular an item is, while taking the guesswork out of how many items should be manufactured so as to not contribute to clothing waste!
Whenever we place an order from a Preorder, we always order extra stock so we can release it in our Room Openings! Check out our Rooms & Keys page for more information on our lingo~
We certainly hope to! The Artist is constantly creating new designs and collections, so we always want to make room for those, but we also are in the process of having specific items available year-round.
✦ Products ✦
There are many mysteries here at Envygreen Manor, but our products are not one of them!
- Do not overload your washing machine or put any rough fabrics in with your items, like denim or things with hardware like zippers! This can cause friction, which can damage your garments.
- Turn your garment inside out and wash with similar colors.
- We recommend using wool detergent since it is less aggressive!
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach!
While we'll never say never, we currently do not have any plans to reprise previous collections at the moment due to various reasons!

As a small business that runs out of our own home (with a very active Artist who is constantly creating new things!), we simply don't have the space to hold stock of every single item we've ever made! We generally hold Preorders for new products so that folks can get their hands on exactly what they want, but outside of the 'overstock' from that preorder, we physically aren't able to keep much in our store year-round.
We're hoping to change that one day in the future as we continue to grow, but for now, please keep an eye on our social media pages or sign up for our email notifications (we only send 1-2 a month, and they're always just alerts for products being available in the store!) for all information sent straight to you!
We generally try to have a size range of XS-5XL, but we're always working to make our products more inclusive! Our Contact Us form is always open if you have any questions or comments about our charts!

Each product has its own pricing due to everything from fabrics to the amount of techniques necessary to produce it. We try to keep things accessible while still being environmentally friendly!

While we're very excited that everyone is so passionate about our designs, we are not looking for ideas at the moment, and we do not make our products in-house so we aren't able to make custom clothing. Feel free to email us with any product requests you might have though!
In regards to custom sizes, we are also unable to offer those. If you want a perfect fit, please consider ordering the size that has the measurement you'd prefer and take it to an Alteration store to get it custom-fitted!
The Artist makes the designs, and then we work with overseas manufacturers to produce the products. We always ask the companies to share photos of the work environment while they're making the products, as well as learning more about the company in general (we never have and never will use sweatshops/places with unfair treatment of workers). We're currently in the process of finding consistent manufacturers that we get along with, but working with certified companies on Alibaba is a strong indicator that they're trustworthy. There are repercussions for failing that certificate, and the policies related to achieving it. Once the shirts arrive to us, we package and mail everything out ourselves with help from friends and family!
✦ Shipping [Domestic & International] ✦
One day we will have the technology to teleport your orders to you
All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. It will usually take 1-5 days, depending on where you are in relation to us, and other things out of our control like COVID slow-downs or weather delays!*
*We strongly suggest including apartment numbers on your orders and choosing UPS if the option presents itself, as any packages sent back to us due to lack of information or inability for the carrier to deliver the package is the customer's responsibility, and you will be responsible for any re-shipment fees. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information!
All International orders are either shipped via GlobalPost, USPS First Class (rarely, as they always tend to lose our international packages), or UPS Expedited (available to customers for an additional cost). This shipping can take from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the shipping option you chose, and other things out of our control like COVID slow-downs, weather delays, or customs & duty officers holding your package for inspection or fees.*

Shipping times have greatly increased due to COVID and international holidays, and often times packages (especially international ones) can be delayed for weeks. Unfortunately, once we hand the package off, we have just as much control over it and information as you do. We offer UPS Expedited shipping for international customers when we can, so definitely check out that option since sometimes it's only a few dollars more! Also, be sure to check your email and physical mailbox in case you need to pay any kind of customs fee; often times they'll hold your package for a month before sending it back!

Unfortunately there are many things out of our control that prohibit us from being able to ship to different countries. Those suspensions can be lifted or changed at any time, but we generally set the shipping allowances to whatever countries are open at the time of the dedicated drop- so while the status of your country may change mid-way through the drop, we may not be able to change the shipping profiles at that time. We do our best to negate any order or package issues, but sometimes things happen!
Unfortunately, we're only able to offer returns on a case-by-case basis due to lack of storage and stock. We are also unable to offer exchanges to non-USA orders, so please carefully review your sizes and order information before placing it. Please send us an email through our contact form with your order number within 7 days of receiving your package, and we'll talk about options!*
*in the event that we accept an exchange, the customer is responsible for all re-shipment fees. If the exchange isn't possible and the customer would like to pursue a return instead, the customer is still responsible for the reshipment fee.

We're so sorry things didn't work out!
We do offer returns - please log into your customer account and select the shipment you'd like to initiate a return on, and then submit it to us to validate. You must follow the guidelines outlined on out Returns & Exchanges Policy page in terms of product integrity.
Please note that we cannot create a return label for a non-USA order, so those returns are worked out on a case-by-case basis by emailing us!
We do our best to ensure that every order is correct, but we're only humans packaging and sending things out ourselves, so sometimes things slip through the cracks!
In the event of a missing item from your order, after contacting us within 7 days of receiving your package and providing the necessary information, we will mail out your missing item as soon as possible with no extra charge!
In the event of an incorrect item being sent to you (size or style), after contacting us within 7 days of receiving the package and providing necessary information, we will provide you with a return label for the incorrect item and will send you the correct one as soon as possible with no extra charge!

Though many parts of Envygreen Manor have a bit of magic involved, that magic does not extend to the carriers we use. Once the package is dropped off at UPS or USPS, it's completely out of our hands, and we have no more information or control than you do.
In the event that your package is missing or lost, please contact the carrier service linked to your tracking number as soon as possible! They will be able to give you more information, and instruct you on whether you should file any claims. We are part of the claim filing, but we cannot keep track of the status of every single package we ship, so it is the customer's responsibility to check their tracking numbers and follow the appropriate steps if there is a problem.
In the event your package is Damaged (meaning the contents, not the packaging), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package with photos of the damage so we can get things fixed up right away!
In the event that a claim is filed for any of these instances, we will continue correspondance over email to ensure correct compensation (reshipment of the package if we have available stock and are compensated by the carrier, refunds, etc). We wish we could be able to simply reship any packages that are not successfully delivered, but unfortuantely we just cannot afford to do that, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
