We are very excited to announce that the Art Gallery will be opening its doors again on July 14th at 12pm PST! We've heard your comments that things tend to sell out too quickly, so we've ordered quite literally as much stock as we were able to in hopes that it gives you all the time you need in order to snag the items you'd like! Preorder fulfilment updates:
- All preorder items have arrived! We are packaging them as quickly as we can, so please keep an eye on your email for a tracking number, and please contact us as quickly as possible if something looks incorrect.
- Once you've received your package, you have 7 days to contact us if something is incorrect! Please carefully inspect your package upon arrival and reach out to us if something is off!
Hard Launch/In-stock release info
- Please carefully read the size charts, since there are multiple ways our items can fit depending on what size you get, and email us if you have any questions at all! Exchanges can be a bit difficult and unfortunately they aren’t free, so the more info you have beforehand the better!
- Bundles: the Rugby bundle is still applicable, it’s just a bit lower than the preorder. The Connoisseur Bundle will be available as well, and will be a guaranteed way to receive a Room Key Pin!
- Discounts: if you didn’t use or receive your email subscriber discount code during the preorder, you will be able to use it for the hard launch! An email will be sent 24hrs before the release to remind you of the code in case you waited or didn’t have it during the preorder, or are new here!
- Orders containing Light & Shadow Crewnecks will ship out a bit later, but we expect it to be before the end of July!
- there will be 20 Room Key Pins available in a listing, but once they’re gone, they’re gone! (Unless you get the Connoisseur Bundle) for more information on our Keys, please visit our Rooms & Keys Page!
