Introducing: The Basics.

An ongoing simple-yet-ornate line of items designed to coordinate with the more elaborate items found in the Rooms of Envygreen Manor. The Poet Shirt is our first item from the line, but more will be coming over time...

Our Poet Shirt is the first of our Basics line, and we're very excited to introduce it!

Please note: this shirt is a linen/tencel blend, so while it is silky, it does not stretch and can be quite a bit sheer if it's too tight or something dark is worn under it. We highly recommend sizing up so that you can have that flowy, loose-fit traditional Poet Shirt look and avoid seeing any undergarments, but that is not for everyone so please do carefully read the size chart and email us with any questions! This shirt was made to be a summery layering piece, but we will be making a fall/winter Poet Shirt in the future with thicker fabric (though a completely different color/design).

Restocks: We are in the process of seeing if we can make it with a slightly thicker and less-sheer fabric for version 2.0! We will have another preorder for it this fall!

70% Linen/30% Tencel.

Soft and flowy, but with structure. There is NO stretch to this shirt (similar to other linen shirts), so please carefully read the size chart and size up for a better/loose fit!

To wash, please treat it as you would Linen. Handwashing with a mild detergent and allowing it to air dry or getting it professionally cleaned is the best option, but if you must use a washing machine, please use the coldest and most delicate settings and only wash it with other delicate, white clothing. Dry on no heat or allow to air dry.
You may iron it, but please use the lowest setting and a press cloth!
