We’re incredibly excited to announce that the Aquarium preorder is live! 🌊 we know that we may sound like a broken record at this point, but we just wanted to post a few reminders so there’s no confusion surrounding this release!

• it may seem obvious, but this is a preorder, which means items will not ship until late April/early May! To understand how our preorders work a bit better, please visit our FAQ page!
  
  
• if you add an in stock item from another Room to your preorder, it will not ship until the preorder does! If you would like your in stock items sooner, please order them separately!
  
  
• please carefully check the size chart and email us with any questions! We do our best to make things a standard unisex, but every person is shaped differently and has different fit preferences, so please take your time measuring things and asking us if you’re unsure! Exchanges can be difficult and costly for guests, so we’d like to help avoid that in any way!

• there will be an in stock release in May! Just like any normal shop, we’ll be adding stock to the store once the bulk arrives. However, the preorder dictates how much bulk we order, so if an item is not very popular during the preorder there will not be a lot of stock during the release!
  
  
• every order gets a complimentary Aquarium Room Key Pin (except orders only containing pins), but you can also buy them separately or add more to your order by finding the Aquarium Room Key Pin listing! There will only be a handful available during the in stock release, and they do go fast.
  
  
• if you need to return or exchange after you’ve received your preorder, we are updating our policy! Returns will generally be accepted (as long as an item is not worn, washed, or ironed), and exchanges are on an as-available basis, depending on stock levels and compliance to the policy. Please refer to our updated policy very soon!
