The Greenhouse is OFFICIALLY CLOSED!!

Thank you so much to everyone who attended the first ever Room opening of Envygreen Manor! This was the drop that allowed us to start investing in and planning for the future of this company more seriously, and we absolutely can't thank each and every one of you enough!

For those wondering if the Greenhouse will ever re-open (i.e. if these shirts will ever restock), while we'll never say never, we have so much in store for you all that we aren't really planning on bringing back old styles any time soon! If we did bring back these shirts, it wouldn't be until next spring, and it would probably be in another limited-stock format as a bonus alongside the overstock of our next spring collection!

As far as the future goes, there's a whole wealth of lore just waiting to be shared, and we're very excited for all of you to be a part of it! Keep an eye out for new pages, stories, and information on The Artist & The Architect, Envygreen Manor, and the Rooms & Keys!

For anyone checking in here, just a reminder that our Greenhouse Overstock drop will be closing on June 15th at 11:59pm PST! These shirts will likely not be coming back, and if they do it certainly won't be until next spring, so grab them while you can!

ALL Greenhouse orders have been shipped out, but we have received quite a few packages back due to address issues, so if you have not received your package yet, please check your tracking number to see if it got sent back to us! There are, quite frankly, too many for me to reach out about on top of the Pride fulfillment and Greenhouse drop, so the fastest way to arrange for your package to be re-sent is to check out that tracking number to see if it was returned to Los Angeles!

UPDATE 05/17/2022
*Overstock shipments & 4XL Preorders updates below!*

First off, thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has participated in this second Greenhouse release so far! To be quite honest, we weren't sure how it would go since this was our first time shelling out quite a bit of extra money for the stock- in order to have already shirts in stock for this drop, we had to order them back in February when we got the preorder shirts! Needless to say, we were a bit nervous that folks wouldn't be interested, and we'd just have a bunch of these shirts in our garage, but you've all absolutely blown us out of the water and we're so grateful!! <3

Em's been toiling away at packaging orders, so all orders from Sat-Mon should be seeing tracking numbers in your inbox in the next few days!

• PLEASE keep an eye on your tracking number, since often times we have packages get sent back to us due to not being claimed at apartment buildings or colleges! Call down to your mail receiver and let them know you'll be receiving a USPS package from 'Theo Masters' and to not turn it away!!
• International Folks- please remember that in order to keep your shipping cost low, we have to use a shipping method that can take 1-3 months (as noted in check out) and has very little tracking available. This means we don't have any further information or control than you do once we hand the package off! Please don't worry, as we've had packages not show information for 2-3 months at a time just to randomly show up at your doorstep the next day! Also please keep an eye out for any Customs/Duty Fees that might need to be paid! We have no information if you need to pay these, so that's up to you!

 

**4XL GREENHOUSE PREORDER UPDATES**

We've received word from our manufacturers that they're sending the 4XL's out by the end of the week! Fingers crossed we'll have them in another week after that, and then we'll send them out ASAP! We'll be emailing the affected orders individually once we receive a concrete ETA, so if that's you, thank you so much for your patience and understanding while we work on this!

UPDATE 05/14/2022

The Overstock Drop is LIVE at 12 noon PST!! We decided to list some of the defective shirts as well at a bit of a discount to give more folks the opportunity to snag the shirt they want, so PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK to make sure you have the correct shirt in your basket as we will not be offering exchanges or returns under any circumstances!

Please read over the last updates for more information on shipping and what other things to expect after a purchase from this drop! 

This is our first time ordering a larger quantity of overstock on purpose to allow for a drop like this, so we're really excited to be able to offer it and thank you once again for your unending patience and support while we try these new things! Em will be replying to emails throughout the drop, so be sure to shoot us a message through the Contact Form if you have any questions that aren't answered on our Size Chart page, the listings, previous updates, or the FAQ!

UPDATE 05/11/2022

The OVERSTOCK DROP is happening THIS SATURDAY the 14th at 12 noon PST! There will be limited quantities and only the shirts will be available!
(No stationery, no keys, no trio bundle)

General information:

• Shirts will be $45 each, plus shipping and handling
• LIMITED QUANTITES! Once we sell out of a size/style, it's GONE! Please set your alarms because we will not have spares!
• Size chart is available HERE! Please keep in mind our shirts run about a size small, and we've gotten some feedback that the 2XL+ sizes run even a bit smaller! When in doubt, order larger and you can always take it to an alteration shop!
• FINAL SALE ONLY, NO EXCHANGES. So again, please make sure you pick the correct size and carefully follow the instructions on that chart!
• Shirts will ship every few days directly after the store opens
• Shirts are 100% cotton with heat transfer vinyl decals on the collar, so while the whole shirt can be ironed, please do not directly iron the collar decals without a press cloth and lower temperature!

MINI UPDATE 04/28/2022: 4XL orders and OVERSTOCK DROP!

While all the shirts have been sent out, we had a few issues with a handful of 4XL Orders due to an overwhelming amount of defects! We are in the process of emailing the affected orders, but if you ordered a 4XL shirt and haven't received a tracking number yet, this is why!

We have the 4XL shirts currently being remade and are waiting for an ETA, but in the meantime, please email us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding your order!

We're still debating on an exact day since we'd like to wait for the 4XL shirts to arrive and give folks a few more days to inspect their incoming orders for any possible manufacturing defects, but those on our mailing list will be the first to know the date/time of the overstock drop!

We're wrapping up the opening of our Greenhouse and will not be doing another drop for this collection, so this will be your last chance to snag a shirt! Be ready to mark your calendars~

UPDATE 04/25/2022:

As of today, all orders have been sent out except key-only orders! We're still working on the packaging, but they should also be sent out very shortly!

If you have not received a tracking number, please wait 24-48hrs and check your spam folder before contacting us! Just a reminder:

 

• All USA orders generally arrive within 3-5 days
• All PRIORITY International orders should arrive within 6-10 days
• All North America (Canada, Mexico) orders tend to arrive within the month
• All International orders can take anywhere from 1-3 months (and the tracking may not update for 1 month at a time)

If you have any other questions about shipping or orders, please refer to the previous entries and our Shipping Policy page for more information!

REMINDER TO FOLKS IN APARTMENT BUILDINGS: for some reason, apartment buildings hate us! PLEASE make sure to keep an eye on your tracking number and call down to the front desk/mail room to let them know you will have a package coming from 'Theo Masters', and make sure you pick it up ASAP! Any packages returned due to not being picked up are subject to re-shipment fees!
 
REMINDER TO INTERNATIONAL FOLKS: you may need to pay Customs/Import fees! We have NO idea which orders need to pay them, how much they are, or how to do so, so this is something you will need to keep an eye out for (they usually arrive via the mail) and contact your local postal service if you see your package has arrived to your country but hasn't updated in a few weeks! If you do not pay these, your package will be returned to us and you will be subject to re-shipment fees.

 

>>RESTOCK INFO: We will be releasing the overstock from the Greenhouse drop very soon! We don't have a set date yet, but make sure you sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know! This release will have VERY limited sizes/styles, and once a product is sold out, it's sold out, so make sure you set your alarms once we announce a date/time! There also will not be keys or discounted bundles available during the overstock release!<<

UPDATE 04/22/2022:

We were so distracted by sending out shirts that we forgot to let you all know that the keys arrived! They showed up on Monday, and we've been packing and sending things out ever since! We're still working on it, so please refer to the previous entries for when you should be expecting a tracking number and more!

IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT/FLAT/UNIT PLEASE NOTE: we have had NUMEROUS issues with packages being rejected due to a lack of unit number both in the USA and internationally, so if you did not enter your unit number, please either reach out to us (if you haven't received tracking yet) or contact whoever handles your packages to see if you can make a note that you will be receiving something! We do not know why this happens- perhaps because for all intents and purposes the package looks like it's just being sent from another human and not a business - but we don't want anyone to have issues with their packages being sent back!

ALSO INTERNATIONAL FOLKS PLEASE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTY FEES! We have no way of knowing when you receive a notice for them, but if you see that your package is being held for a while once it arrives in your country, it might be due to needing to pay a customs fee! UPDATE 04/16/2022:

The shirts are here! But unfortunately the key pins are just a bit delayed- unfortunately we're not sure exactly when they will be arriving, but their original ETA was the April 15th and they were only delayed for a day, so we're keeping our fingers crossed! In the meantime, we've been doing inventory and starting to package as many orders as we can so we can just drop the keys in and ship your orders right out!

When should you expect a tracking number?
The way we run things here, to save confusion, is the USA folks won't receive a tracking number until their package is scanned at a post office, and International folks will receive it as soon as we make the label- meaning it might be a day or two before you see an update on your tracking!

After we send out the package, it's completely out of our hands, and we know as much as you do about its status and when it will arrive! If there's an issue with your address or order when you receive the tracking number confirmation email, please send us a message on the Contact form!

What if the keys are further delayed?
We know that folks want to get their shirts as quickly as possible, and we definitely want to get them sent out to you as well (they're slowly taking over our living room as well as the garage)! We will continue to keep this page updated with any new findings about the key shipment, and we're working on potential options for customers who want to forfeit their keys to receive their shirts sooner, so please do keep an eye on this page for information! I truthfully do not see it taking longer than Monday (17th) or Tuesday (18th), but we do understand that folks want to get their hands on their shirts ASAP!

UPDATE 04/13/2022:

The shirts are are scheduled to arrive TOMORROW! We will be updating this page with confirmation when they get here! Once they arrive, our trusty team will begin packaging orders as quickly as possible to get them out to all of you, but please remember you will not receive a tracking number until your order is sent out!
(And if you're an international customer, you'll receive the tracking number at the time of creating the label, but it may take a day or two to show that it's in the mail system!)

Thank you all so, so much for your patience! Truthfully, this drop was FAR bigger than we had anticipated, so it took a bit longer than projected for the manufacturing period to be completed. However, we're so excited that the wait is almost over!

UPDATE 03/18/2022:

Our manufacturer has given us an official ship-out date of April 6th! We've chosen an expedited shipping option that should have the shirts arriving at our door in 5-6 days, so we should be receiving the shirts by April 11th-12th and we will be working as quickly as possible to get them all sent out!

Folks have been asking about a restock, and while we won't be doing a 'restock' per say since we don't really work in those, we will be having a limited-stock release of all leftover Greenhouse shirts. We ordered a good deal of extra stock, so we'll definitely have a lot left! However it will be on a first come, first served basis, so once the style/size is gone, it's gone. Make sure you sign up for email alerts so you don't miss it!

Also we've just received the green light to ship Fall Orders to Australia!!! We've all been waiting ages for AUS to allow USPS packages, and it's finally time! We'll be working on them this week, so keep an eye on your inboxes!


UPDATE 02/21/2022:

Our manufacturer has told us they have estimated they can have the shirts completed by the end of March! We'll be getting the expedited shipping option, so hopefully they will arrive to us in the beginning of April so we can have all your orders sent out to you ASAP! We're both very excited to present the newest collection from Theo's imagination: The Greenhouse Collection. Please note the following!

• Our preorder has ended- thank you so much for everyone who attended! Please refer to our FAQ for any questions you may have.
• The order for the shirts and stationery kits has been placed, and we will keep this page updated with shipping dates! Please expect a 5-9 week manufacturing period before we are able to ship the shirts to you!
• We may have a second release specifically for shirts left over from fulfilling the preorders, but it will include very limited styles and sizes available and will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Please sign up for our email list to be alerted of when this drop will happen!
• Since it is a preorder, we do not have the shirts in stock. We have them made after the preorder so we know exactly how many to get, so that means it can take anywhere from 5-9 weeks for the shirts to arrive. Please carefully review our Shipping Policy for more of our process, and watch our Shirt Tracker page for updates on where different shirt orders are!
• Please triple check your address and information! We had almost a dozen orders get sent back due to mis-typed information or failure to pay customs fees, and we are not responsible to pay the fees to re-ship the packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking number once you receive it, and look out for any emails from us if your tracking shows it has been Delivered to Los Angeles. We cannot get your package to you otherwise!
