Fall Collection (Oct 20th) Updates
All shirts have been shipped out!
Please watch your tracking numbers to make sure there aren't any issues, as we've received a few packages back due to incorrect addresses, and the buyer is usually responsible for re-shipment fees! If you ordered something from the Greenhouse drop, take a second to make sure your size and address are correct in that order and send us a message if it isn't! If you haven't received a tracking number or package for your Fall Halloween Shirt Order, please shoot us a message with your order number so we can get things sorted!
Thank you all so much for your patience and support during this oddly lengthy drop! We're really looking forward to more predictable production times in the future, and we're excited for the Fall collection we have for you all this year! See you all for the next room opening and drop!

Estimated time for us to ship shirts out: NOW/this week!
We're wrapping up the orders, so keep an eye on your inbox if you haven't received a tracking number just yet! Today we will be dropping off the rest of the USA orders, as well as finishing up the rest of the International orders to be dropped off on Tuesday.
We're currently waiting on a few more sticker sheets to finish up a few more orders, so if you're in the USA and haven't received tracking by Wednesday, that's why! We'll have your orders packaged and sent out the moment they arrive on our doorstep!
Other than the folks with sticker sheets in their orders, if you don't receive a tracking number by next Monday (it may be from Shipstation or in your Spam/Junk inbox!), please feel free to shoot us an email via our contact form!
ALSO we have already had some packages sent back due to incorrect addresses! PLEASE please make sure your address is correct if you pre-ordered something from our Spring Collection, as you will have to pay for the new label if we have to re-send something to you due to an incorrect address!

Estimated time for us to ship shirts out: NOW/Late February!
Half of the boxes arrived on Tuesday and we began shipping out the orders that we could fulfill, and a few more boxes just arrived this morning! We're still waiting on the other half which should be here tomorrow, but we're already working on getting the new shirts into our inventory so we can see what other orders we can send out!
PLEASE LOOK OVER THESE REMINDERS!
- If you have not/do not receive a tracking number, please be patient! We use ShipStation to make our labels, and that means that some countries will receive tracking numbers the moment we make the labels (which does not mean it was shipped yet), and some will receive tracking numbers the moment the package hits the mail-stream. It's completely fair to want updates about your personal order, but I implore you to wait until we've announced that we've mailed everything out to email us about it!
- Triple check your address and name! We had almost a dozen packages get sent back due to mis-typed addresses, non-legal names (it sucks, I know T_T), lack of apartment number, or failure to pay Customs Fees (international orders). As per our store policies, we are not responsible to pay the additional fees to re-ship your item and can only do so if you respond to our email informing you that it has returned, so please make sure your info is correct and use the Contact Form if you have any further questions!
- Please also review our Return & Exchange policy, and inspect your shirts for issues immediately! We had some issues with the previous manufacturer's shirts where it was difficult to determine whether the issues came from the shirts being washed or if they were faulty manufacturing, so please do inspect your shirts immediately upon arrival!
We've had a few folks write in that their shirts didn't fit the way they expected them to, so also be sure to check your measurements for the Greenhouse Collection based on the instructions we have on our Size Chart page to make sure you've got the right size! Our models chose their 'normal' sizing and were happy with the fit, but our shirts do run a tad small and the 'chest' numbers on the size chart are NOT a human, 3D chest measurement! The Architect will be altering the size chart soon to reflect human measurements instead, but we don't have the option for that quite yet!
If you find you'd like to change your size for the Greenhouse Collection drop, please send us a message on the Contact Page ASAP with your order number and the size you'd like to change it to (and check your address while you're there as well!)

We've received tracking numbers, and can confirm that the shirts are on their way! Tracking hasn't updated yet since the shirts are still being passed around Asian shipping companies, but we will be updating this page the moment we have a more concrete date! Please read through our last update for information on what to expect once the shirts arrive!
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS ARE GOING OUT THIS WEEK!! NZ has FINALLY allowed us to send orders to you all, so expect to get tracking numbers this week! We're crossing our fingers that Australia will be following shortly, but please check out the USPS International Service Alerts for more information:

Shirt Updates, Australia/New Zealand shipping information, and more!

We've officially received word that the shirts have been SHIPPED OUT!! They will be arriving in two separate shipments over the next 4 weeks, so please read the following notes closely!

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND!
Unfortunately, the USPS still isn't allowing packages sent to AUS/NZ, and other options are in the $100+ range, so they're just not feasible. We would love to offer all AUS/NZ folks the ability to get the shirts, but since we have absolutely no idea when the USPS will allow this, it puts us in a bit of a predicament. There are orders from 4+ months ago that we haven't been able to fulfil due to shipping issues, so please note that if you purchase anything from us during this time, you may be waiting upwards of 6-8 months until the USPS takes AUS/NZ off the suspension list. Again, we're very sorry for this delay, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it, short of charging hundreds of dollars in shipping to use a different service.

We've finally received word from our new manufacturer that it's time to schedule their shipping of the shirts to us!! We're paying double the price to get them here as quickly as possible for everyone, so please subscribe to our updates (at the bottom of the page) so we can send you an email when we receive the shirts and begin sending them out!
Thank you all SO so much for your patience while we continue to learn how to run this company! We're really looking forward to shorter manufacturing and shipping times in the future since we finally have a company that works well with us!

We have received some photos of the finished shirts from our manufacturer, so fingers crossed they get shipped to us soon so we can get them sent out the moment they arrive on our doorstep! If you email us about a specific order's ETA, we will repeat the information listed there, so please do check it out!
Spring shirt Pre-Order: February 1st!
Please note our shipping policy for information on Pre-Orders as well! This is not and in-stock sale, so your shirts will not arrive to you within the month of you ordering them! Manufacturing and shipping from China can take 5-8 weeks at times, so please expect the shirts to arrive to you sometime in April (May/June for international folks).
We will be having a second Spring drop that will not be a pre-order, but it will be extremely limited stock and we will not know the amounts or drop date until after we've sent out all the pre-order packages! Keep an eye on this page for more information!

Estimated time for us to ship shirts out: February!
Shirts have been ordered and are currently being made by our manufacturer! They're estimating that it will be shipped to us by mid-January with a 15 day shipment period, so we're crossing our fingers that it will arrive in the beginning of February and we'll already have everything set to package and send things out with as many folks here to help as our apartment can hold!!
Having to work with a brand new manufacturer last minute (due to the poor and inconsistent quality and shipment times of our previous one) was incredibly time-consuming to ensure that everything would be guaranteed and better quality than the first manufacturer we worked with, but we're very excited to have a company we can continue to trust and work with for future drops! This was Theo's 2nd product and our third drop ever, so we're still learning a whole lot about how all of this works!
If you are in Australia or New Zealand!!
The USPS is still not allowing shipments from the USA to AUS/NZ, and the only other options to send out packages start at around $100USD, so our hands are quite tied in this situation. We didn't want to just cancel everyone's orders since it's a limited-release drop, but there's not much we can do other than wait for the USPS to lift the suspension! We promise we'll be sending out the orders the second it's lifted!
