Hello one and all!

To make it short and sweet, Theo and Em are going on a trip for a few weeks! (This is Em writing- shopify was odd about forcing a signature at the bottom!)

What does this mean for You All and the Manor?

- any shipments will be delayed through the rest of July and August! We have some trusty friends helping us out, but it will be a more time-consuming process to ensure that everything goes to plan!

- all emails will take 5-7 days to receive a response. We will do our best to reply in a timely manor, but please don't fret if you don't see a response for a few extra days!

- all returned packages will be handled as we can manage them. We've been reaching out to customers and shipping companies to try and get everyone's orders to them, but sometimes the postal system just wants to thwart us at every turn! Please be aware of our Returns & Exchanges policy, because if you don't reach out to us or reply within 30 days of the package coming back to us, we will be issuing you a refund for the product price and your items will be going back into stock!

- the fall drop, The Study, will be happening sometime early August! We will be running it remotely, so please be patient with us if there are any hiccups! Reminder that all preorders from the August fall drop will not be shipping out until October! We do these preorders to ensure that everyone can get the exact items and sizes they want, so please do be aware of this when participating in the drop!

Alright, I think that's all I've got for now! We have to be up in 3 hours to go to the airport, so I've got to get some rest!
